GF peeps and those who love GF peeps: Julie and I have just scheduled our first cooking class, and we’re starting with the best…PIZZA!!!!! Our class will be online via FaceBook live on Saturday, November 4th from 11-1PM, PST!  We’re also giving away one free enrollment!!

The class will focus on a beautiful, amazing no-knead gluten-free dough, a homemade, meltable pizza cheese, sausage, instruction on stuffed crusts, and a chocolate dessert pie! This is serious shit.

Please visit our shop to sign up. There you’ll find the class description, a F.A.Q., and details about cost. Please don’t be shy if you have any questions.

A word on the dough: Julie’s no knead recipe has seriously brought homemade pizza back to my life. The recipe is so good and easy to make, and it’s not gummy. It even has little air pockets in it. I dunno about where you live, but in Portland a 12″ vegan and GF pizza costs between $25-30. It’s pretty much a luxury these days, and while being gluten-free is manageable, being pizza-free is just not OK.

Because this class will be recorded, it means students can interact with us live as the class is happening (you can even cook along if you like), or watch the recorded version whenever you like. After you enroll, we’ll send out a shopping list and recipes so you’ll be prepared and able to participate however you like.

You know what makes someone happy after they go gluten-free? PIZZA! You know what makes a great present? PIZZA CLASS!

We’re also giving away one free Pizza Class enrollment! Simply tell us what your favorite pizza toppings are in the comments below by Monday, October 30th at 10 PM PST, and we’ll choose one person at random to join our class for free.

Congrats to our pizza class winner—-> Tara Jolly! Please check your email!
