You are purchasing recipes for pizza dough, sausage and cheese as well as the ability to watch our pre-recorded class, which is approximately 2 hours long.

Julie literally wrote the book on vegan pizza, as the author of Vegan Pizza, 50 Cheesy, Crispy, Healthy Recipes. This no-knead, gluten-free pizza dough has been a work in progress for the past 5 years, and it’s finally ready to share with you! With Julie being a thin crust pizza lover, and Kittee a thick crust pizza girl, you will learn how to create both styles of pizza with this one simple, easy-to-make dough. We’ve even got a method for stuffed crust!!

Besides the dough recipe and methods, we’ll also be sharing a meltable, grateable homemade cheese, sausage, and a dessert pizza!

Our classes are super-fun and informative, and take place in a private Facebook group. You can watch the class live, or at your leisure. You will have unlimited access to the class, and can re-watch it whenever you like. You can also ask or post questions to us through the group. Once you sign up on this site, you will be emailed the recipes, and a shopping list, so that you can cook along with us during the class (if you like).

We are so excited to share our gluten-free pizzas with you!  

Have you been missing homemade pizza because it’s too hard to make a great gluten-free dough at home? Well consider that a thing of the past. We’re about to rock your world with some amazing homemade pizza! And all from the comfort of your own kitchen.

We’re going to walk you through making a super easy no-knead gluten-free dough, and then whip up a homemade creamy, dreamy vegan pizza cheese (that not only tastes great, but actually melts!). We’ll show you how to make both thin and thick crust pizzas, a cheese stuffed crust, and some delicious pizza pies! Did we mention the chocolate marshmallow dessert pizza too? You’ll have everything you need to make amazing gluten-free vegan pizzas at home!

We’ll also go over our favorite pizza making equipment and tools, and some tricks of the trade.

Q: How can I cook along with the class?
A: Once you are signed up for the class on our site, we will send you the recipes and a shopping list before the class (in time to shop for it).

Q: Do I need special equipment?
A: As with all of our bread recipes, the recipes are written by weight for the flours, and you will need a digital scale. For best results, we also recommend a pizza stone.

Q: What if I can’t make it for the live class?
A: You can watch the class whenever you like. You will have access to watch it over and over.

Q: Can I participate in the class if I don’t have Facebook?
A: At this time are classes are being done in a private Facebook group with Facebook live. 

Q: Do you need any special flours or ingredients for these recipes?
A: Their are some specialty ingredients, but they are fairly straight-forward and not difficult to find. We will include Amazon links with the recipes so that you can easily find them.

Q: Do the recipes contain refined-sugar?
A: Not for the pizza dough, only a touch of agave. The dessert pizza calls for vegan marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Q: Does the pizza dough use xanthan gum?
A: Yes, we do have a very tiny amount in it.

Q: Do the recipes contain oil?
A: The dough does call for a small amount, which can be omitted it necessary.
