Have you gotten on the crispy chickpea bandwagon yet? If not, you’ve got to give them a try! This is one of my favorite ways to make them, with olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, and sea salt. They’re kind of the perfect healthy snack. They are full of protein and fiber, are crispy like a nut, and have are packed with flavor. Plus, they are just as much at home with cocktails as they are for an afternoon snack (or subbed for croutons in a salad).
I baked these babies up in the air fryer, but you can also do them in the oven. If you have an air fryer, definitely make them in that! I’ve found that the GoWise fries them up in about 12 to 15 minutes, and the Breville Air in about 20 minutes. I’ve got some other fun flavored chickpea recipes that I share soon.
